Here is a case study for Kyoto T. Large-sized aluminum vapor-deposited films are very prone to wrinkling, and when side seal processing is performed, the conditions become even more likely to cause wrinkles. However, there was a request to somehow create bags without wrinkles. Even with similar machines, it is possible to reduce wrinkling by changing the way they are used. Additionally, the condition of the film also affects the outcome, so by being careful from the earlier stages of the process, we were able to finish the bags without wrinkles.
